Terms & Conditions Mama4D – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

Welcome to mama4d. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and mama4d ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by mama4d, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not register an account or use mama4d's services. Continued use of this platform following any amendments to the Terms & Conditions will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use mama4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform
• Be a Malaysian resident or have valid authorization to use gambling services in your jurisdiction
• Hold a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list under any responsible gambling programme
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party
• Not currently experiencing any gambling addiction issues that could impair sound financial decision-making

Mama4D reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Opening a mama4d account is quick and straightforward. That said, there are a few important rules all members must follow:

• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at mama4d. Multiple account registrations — whether under the same or different names — are strictly prohibited
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, and email address
• Valid banking details: The bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as the mama4d account holder
• Strong password: You are responsible for setting a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential
• OTP verification: A valid Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification during registration and each time you request a withdrawal

Mama4D reserves the right to verify all information provided and may request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address at any time. Accounts found to have submitted false information will be closed immediately and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on mama4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mama4d does not accept any foreign currency or international payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods at mama4d are:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction
• No maximum daily deposit limit, subject to the limits imposed by the payment platform used
• Deposits are processed in under 3 minutes after verification
• Mama4D does not charge any processing fees on deposits
• Deposit funds must be from a legitimate source and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity
• Mama4D reserves the right to decline or suspend deposits deemed suspicious

Withdrawals from your mama4d account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same mama4d account holder
• Identity verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain limit
• Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze (3 hours), Silver (1.5 hours), Gold (45 minutes), Diamond (15 minutes)
• All active bonus rollovers must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
• Mama4d reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for investigation if any suspicious activity is detected

Withdrawals not processed within 24 hours of the request may be escalated to the mama4d support team via LiveChat, WhatsApp, or email at support@mama4d.online. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Mama4D offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to reward both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome bonus: Available to new members only and may be claimed once per account lifetime. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple registrations constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts
• Rollover requirement: Every bonus carries a clearly stated rollover requirement that must be completed within the specified timeframe. Failure to meet the rollover within that period will result in the bonus being forfeited
• Eligible bets: Not all bet types contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Some games may only count partially — check the specific terms of each bonus for details
• Bonus combining: In general, only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Weekly cashback and birthday bonuses may be claimed alongside other bonuses that are currently under rollover
• Bonus cancellation: Mama4D reserves the right to cancel any bonus without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, system abuse, or a breach of terms

All games offered on mama4d — including slots, Live Casino, table games, roulette, live sports (EPL, Malaysia Super League, badminton), and Virtual Sports — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an independent certification body to ensure the fairness of every game result
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a bet has been confirmed
• Mama4D reserves the right to void any bet placed before a game or match begins if there is a technical error or inaccurate information
• In the event of a technical disruption that affects game results, mama4d will refund the wagered amount to the member's account within 24 hours
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unapproved third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds are locked in and will not change regardless of market movements

For live Sports Betting on mama4d, all match results for football (including the EPL and Malaysia Super League), badminton, e-sports, and other sports are based on the official results issued by the relevant governing body. Unofficial results or results subsequently revised by the governing body will be followed in accordance with the latest notice from that body.

Mama4D is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members. The following behaviour is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure:

• Threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at mama4d staff or other members through any communication channel
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt mama4d's technical infrastructure
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours
• Any form of money laundering or illicit financial activity conducted through the mama4d platform
• Submitting false claims or providing inaccurate information to the mama4d support team

Your account security is a shared responsibility between mama4d and you as a member. Mama4D uses 256-bit SSL encryption and the latest security systems to protect your data. As a member, you are required to take the following steps:

• Use a strong and unique password for your mama4d account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Never share your password or OTP code with anyone — mama4d staff will never ask for your password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if it is available in your account settings
• Log out of your mama4d account when using a shared device or public computer
• Report to mama4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Your personal information is handled in accordance with mama4d's separate Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 Malaysia.

A mama4d account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At member request: You may close your account at any time by contacting mama4d support. Any remaining funds will be returned once all active rollovers have been completed or cancelled
• Terms violation: Mama4D reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice and may forfeit any bonus balance or winnings resulting from activity that breaches these terms
• Self-exclusion: Members who choose to self-exclude from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a temporary account closure (6 months to 5 years) or a permanent one
• Legal directive: Mama4D complies with all directives from Malaysian authorities and will close or freeze accounts upon regulatory instruction without the need to notify the member
• Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated

Mama4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond mama4d's control that affect a member's gaming experience
• Betting losses arising from wagering decisions made by the member themselves
• Unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential
• Financial decisions made by a member based on game information or statistics provided by mama4d
• Inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance

In all circumstances, mama4d's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mama4D reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

It is each member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the mama4d platform after any amendments have been published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, mama4d will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or an in-platform notice. However, the responsibility to stay informed of the latest terms remains with the member.
